In addition, in order to guarantee the reliability and serving life, we apply all the high strict quality control procedure required by Internation Entities and Customers. We are part of the main Aero Engine Programs: CFM Leap 1ABC; P&W GTF series; Rolls Royce Trent XWB, Trent 1000-TEN, Trent 7000, BR and PEARL series; GE GE9X, Honeywell HTF7000 series.

APPLICATIONS

Fan case module

The fan case module is a very delicate part of an aircraft engine. The pieces that compose it must be very light resistant to keep the efficiency of the plane and to be able to contain potential fragments of blades mainly due to FOD. Before entering in service these components have to pass numerous tests.

High & low pressure compressor

Located downstream of the fan stages, they represent the way to increase efficiency on a jet propulsion system. Compressors have to decrease the flow air speed and increase contemporarily the pressure at the exit of ach stage. Rotor and stator blades may be able to resist to failure, their cases are designed like the fan case module.

Combustion chamber

Inside combustion chamber happens the combustion of the comburent mixed with the fuel. High temperature resistance is the “must be” for this component. Superalloys are generally used for the manufacturing of the combustion chambers. The design of the combustion chambers shall take into consideration perfect fuel-air ratio that permits an efficient combustion (reduced of fuel consumption).

Turbine

Turbine is the machine which drive fan and compressor and it has the role to transform the energy of the combusted gas. Main limitation factor of the turbine design is the elevated operative temperature in combination with high rotation speed of their blades. A good compromise can be found in Nickel base material (alloys and superalloys).
